You maybe ask your self, how is that possible to get free stuff on the internet. Well, here is the short and simple explanation... Apple is paying on lot of sites to advertise them, so that sites(like peerfly.com ...) take the money, and they make offers for their users who actualy advertise apple (people like me). You can say that i am actualy working for PeerFly, but i just spreading the news about Apple's products, and when the people click over my link, i get bonus (about 1,5-3$ for each click), and You get iPhone, iPod, iPad, iMac, or whatever you choose... I get the money from peerfly, peerfly get the money from Apple, and Apple gives free a 00004000 few phones and computer, but thet products become famous and in the next few years they sell a million of that products (iPhone, iPod, iMac and stuff like that...)!
I hope this helps! This offer won't take for a long time, it's just couple of months from now! So take your chance now, you just have to click on the link below and submit your e-mail! And thas it! Apple will sent you an email with detailed information how to take yours, in this case, new Apple Macbook Air!
Regards...Nikola
About Macbook Air:
A truly mobile device needs to be light, thin, and strong enough to take with you wherever you go. It also needs to perform quickly, spring to life instantly, and have enough battery power to keep up with you. It should have no spinning hard drive, no optical drive, and no unnecessary parts. All of that is true of iPad. And now, it's true of Apple's most mobile notebook ever: MacBook Air.

Can you upgrade the DDR3 on the Mid-2011 Macbook Air 11 inch?
Hi, I am looking in to buying a Mid-2011 Macbook Air 11 inch 9 model but, I read that it only has 2GB of DDR3 (Ram). The first question is... Is 2GB enough for the average user (I'm in High School)? If not then is there a way of upgrading the DDR3 without purchasing the 13 inch model or upgrading to the 99 model?- ANSWER:
2GB on a mac is enough for just about anything you will need to do. Unless you plan on doing any 48track audio editing, 2GB is plenty along side that graphics chip. Mac OS X doesnt take up much RAM at all.Yes you can upgrade the DDR3 RAM on the Air as long as you know how to get into it.

Will MacBook Air really be updated for summer 2011?
There are plenty of rumors going on about a new release of MacBook Air for summer 2011. Some of the features that might be integrated in the computer are the back-lit keyboard, Sandy Bridge processor, longer battery, higher memory, and better graphics. Is this all true? I've always wanted a MacBook Air, but the lack of the back-lit keyboard makes me not to buy it. So, do you think I should be waiting for this summer?- ANSWER:

Does anyone know the difference between the Macbook Air and Macbook Pro 2011?
I'm planning on buying one.. but I have no idea which one to get. I know that the Air is a lot thiner than the pro. But does not have back light for the keyboard.. is that really important? I also know it doesn't support firewire or something.. I have no idea what that is? Is the Air still able to use Imovie and Photobooth? Thanks!
- ANSWER:
All macs (air, book, pro etc) come with the same software pre-installed including iMovie, Photobooth, Garage Band etc, etc.
The big difference with the air is that is does not have a DVD/disk drive.
So unless you buy an external DVD drive which would connect to the air via USB, you will not be able to play CD's or DVD's or burn them.
I never use the keyboard backlight on my pro.

Macbook Air (2011) vs Macbook Pro SSD?
Hi. I am in the market for a laptop and want either the Macbook Air 13 inches or Macbook Pro SSD 13 inches . I will be using the laptop for browsing the web, creating documents and streaming music. The Macbook Air has been receiving exceptional reviews and the benchmarks show it outperforming even the 2011 Macbook Pro 13 inch base models. Add that level of performance to a beautiful laptop and I thought I was sold. I tried it in the apple store and the performance blew me away (those ssds are AMAZING) However, I will not be taking the laptop out of the house very often. Although the portability would be great in terms of moving it around my house, I do not feel it is my number one priority. Should I still go for the air? Or should I go for the Pro SSD? I really like the ability to launch apps very quickly so I am sold on SSD, so I will not look at the 13 inch base model at all. However, as portability is not a HUGE factor, will my money be better spent with the Pro SSD? I will not be doing any great photo or video editing, simply documents and internet... and keep in mind it costs an extra 0 to the air. However, as portability is not a number one concern will the pro still do me better in the long run?ALSO, if neither of the two fit my needs, recommend another laptop, or tell me if I should wait till the new pros!
Which Windows laptop should I look at?- ANSWER:
I will strongly recommend you Apple MacBook Pro MC700LL/A 13.3-Inch Laptop. While buying Macbook air you have to sacrifice memory as it has less hard drive. - QUESTION:
Would the new mid-summer 2011 MacBook Air (13 inch) be okay for music recording?
I will eventually upgrade to logic express. I saw some videos on YouTube that showed this computer as being pretty darn fast. I need to know if this would be good for recording music, because if it's not recommended I will probably wait for the MacBook Pro refresh and buy a 13 inch MBP.- ANSWER:
It has enough RAM and CPU speed for recording. I was able to run Logic fine on 4GB RAM with a 2.6 GHz Core 2 Duo on my Mac Mini. The Core i5 is faster on the Air.The 128GB drive may get filled up once you approach an album's worth of material. So you'd have to transfer stuff to an external drive at some point, upgrade the drive, or record onto an external drive.
There is only USB 2.0 and Thunderbolt on the Air, so you can't natively use Firewire audio interfaces. If you need a USB 2.0 interface, look into the Saffire 6 USB on the low end, and Apogee Duet 2 on the high end.
So the Air will record very well. The only reason to get the MBP is you can upgrade to 8GB RAM and get more internal drive storage. It's a tradeoff between the Air being so light and handy, and the MBP lasting you a little longer.

- QUESTION:
Is it true MacBook Air is updating for June 2011?
There are recently a lot of rumors going around about a new MacBook Air coming for June 2011. Sandy Bridge is one of the new features that might be newly integrated in it. What about the backlit keyboard? One of the main reasons I haven't bought a MacBook Air is the lack of that single feature. Is it possible to let know Apple some way so they can add back the backlit keyboard to it? Thanks to all of you who answer. God bless.- ANSWER:
I would say based on who started the rumors, it looks very likely a MacBook Air refresh is coming. The person who originally made the rumors possesses a decent track record for his rumors. He was the one who originally predicted the 11 inch MacBook Air would be released.Whether or not it comes out in June however, is dependent on many factors. I can assure you that a Sandy Bridge MacBook Air will be next in line. The next MacBook Air WILL include Sandy Bridge.
The backlit keyboard is something a lot of people want, but one reason Apple took it out is because of the drain on battery. Though not a ton, it does use some battery life. I don't know if anyone but Apple right now knows about the backlit keyboards. That's the best I can tell you.

Which to buy- Macbook Air 2011 or Macbook Pro 2011?
I am a student entering college in the fall. Which do you think is better and why?- ANSWER:
It really depends. If you're looking for a lightweight computer that you can carry around everywhere, while having decent performance, with a good battery life, the air is the best computer for that. If you're going to be using more performance based tasks such as video editing, gaming, etc., the Macbook Pro is great. So if you want portability, the macbook air. if you want performance, the macbook pro.

Macbook air 2011 or Macbook Pro 2011?
As you may be bored of such a repetitive question, many of the forums i have been on only compare the specs v.s. portability issue. I appreciate the previous answers to like questions but i would like to judge the two laptops on needs v.s. wantsI am a student who surfs the web, writes some papers, and watch some movies(online), the only gpu sucking thing i do is Adobe Indesign, and very occasionally Photoshop and some light gaming.
I love music and have over 30 gb of music in my itunes(note: already store on external drive)
I intend to use this for 3 yrs of high school and for college.Since i am young i clearly need help distinguishing need and want. Sure a Macbook Pro is temping but do i NEED the package, or should i go with an Air?
P.S. I mess around with Mathmatica but i dont really use it seriously...i just use it to make the cool graphs..hehe
- ANSWER:
Mathematica + Mac = Bad Idea...trust me, I've tried it on both Windows and Mac and it runs better on Windows for some reason, but if you just use it occasionally then you should have no problem using it on Mac (I use it for complex computations, so I use Windows since Windows means business). I would recommend staying away from the Mac, even though this sparks a huge war on how it's better for design stuff (even though this is completely false), and going with an ASUS machine. With ASUS, you'll get better hardware specs (including a better graphics card that will handle Photoshop and InDesign better than the Mac) and will have a much better selection of software. If you like to occasionally play games, the Windows machine will be better suited than the Mac machine. Apple products are grossly overpriced and are, in my opinion, never worth the money if you can get an equally powerful Windows machine that's much more versatile for at least 3/4 or 1/2 the price of the Mac.

Macbook Air 2011 vs Mac Book Pro.?
Hey,I'm basically a MacBook noob and I'm looking forward to buying one. What got my attention is that when i was looking at the prices, I saw that the MA 11 inch 128GB and the MBP 13 inch 500 GB have the same price. The only difference I see is that the Air has flash memory and the Pro has a hard drive, if I'm not wrong. But my question is; why are they the same price, when the MA is 11 inch, doesn't have a SD slot, a CD/DVD burner and has less memory?
Sorry my english is not that good lol. Hope you guys can help me out
- ANSWER:
The MacBook Air has always been made with flash memory for the hard drive, and since that technology is so new, it's really expensive. So, a big part of that price is the hard drive. The rest is essentially just paying for the technology that's packed in to the tiny thin chassis. But you're right - the MacBook Air is essentially a completely stripped MacBook that just happens to be thinner. It's good as a second computer for someone who travels a lot, but if you're new to the MacBook scene, definitely go for the Pro. It's an amazing computer. I have one myself (a 2009 model) and I've been in love with it for the two years I've owned it.
If I had a lot of money, I'd buy an Air just for bragging rights, but the MacBook Pro definitely exceeds everything I need it to, whereas if you went with the Air, you'll be missing out on the benefits of the SD slot, extra USB ports, and obviously CD/DVD burning. You can pay extra for attachments to give the Air the capability of a disc drive, extra USB ports, etc., but then you're paying more for the Air than the Pro. Good luck with it! Either way you go, I'm sure you'll love it.

Runescape on a MacBook Air (Mid-2011)?
I was just wondering, does anyone have the newest MacBook Air (preferably the Core i5 one, but I don't mind which one you have) and play Runescape on it?If so, how is it? does it lag? are the graphics good? can you install Java on it without problems?
Thanks!
- ANSWER:
Runescape uses java code, which is universally functional to all platforms. It shouldn't lag any more than any computer with similar specs. If you're running a core i5, you should have absolutely no problems whatsoever with running Runescape, so long as you have a decent amount of ram (2-4 gigs would be more than enough to suit the most intense graphical needs, for the most part). I run a core 2 duo on my desktop, and it runs Minecraft and Runescape without the slightest bit of lag, due to graphics. However, Runescape has been known to lag due to latency issues, which has nothing to do with your computer's specs, but rather your connection to their server, since it is a browser-based game, and thus the vast majority of the computation is done via their servers, and not on private computers. A vital flaw, in my opinion, but they're still up and running, so I guess it works well enough for their paying customers.
Newer laptops don't have the same issues with overheating that older model laptops did, and so they don't slow down after being on for a fair period of time, like they used to. That is to say, if you've got the specs, it will work just as well, be it a laptop or a desktop.

The primary function would be watching online videos (not just youtube but real movies and video) internet browsing and homework. I am not going to be doing any photo or video editing. The options for the macbook air I was considering was 13 inch, 4GB ram and 128GB flash storage. The pros for this mac would be that its light, portable and quick. The negative would be that Ive heard it doesn't have a lot of power and for watching online video that would be a weak spot.
The options for the macbook pro would also be 13 inch but the specs I am not sure about. I could do 4GB of ram with either 750GB serial ata drive or 128 ssd (same as the air) or 8GB of ram with 500GB serial ata drive. The negative would be its a bit larger so it would be a bit heavier to carry around (in comparison to the air) and I heard that the serial ata drive lags a lot.
I know both computers are great Im just not sure which to choose any advice would be great.
the computer would be coming with me around my school and at home. No traveling involved. Also I wouldn't need some of the ports on the pro such as the optical drive firewire and sd card slot.- ANSWER:
Macbook Air = travelling.. If you travel a lot, get the air.
If you stay at home, the Air is pointless because it has poor specs and the whole point of it is to be easy and light to carry around.Macbook Pro = nice specs. you dont need all the power if you're just doing homework (like, microsoft office things right), and videos. But they would be nice to have nonetheless. The interface would be very fast and smooth.
I have the 2010 15" Macbook Pro and love it.
But if you really don't NEED the specs of the macbook pro, i dont think paying all the extra money is worth it, in my opinion, you should just get a regular Macbook. They are good and the same price as the macbook air but have better specs.

2011 MacBook Pro vs. MacBook Air?
I have a 00 budget to buy a new computer for college. I am not an engineering/architecture major or anything, so I don't need a ton of hard drive space, 8 GB ram, or any kind of Hi-Def graphics card.Apple just released a new line of MacBook Pros just 3-4 days ago. I am looking into buying one of them. I talked to an Apple expert and they also recommended the MacBook Air for me.
So the question is: Which do you recommend? Please give specific reasons why.
Note: Don't tell me to buy a PC. I have one running Windows 7 and I'm not happy with it.
Well when your PC crashes because your anti-virus is working so freaking hard to keep out all of the millions of PC viruses, you'll appreciate the design of the Mac OS.- ANSWER:
The Mac book Air is perfect for ultimate portability but it lacks certain features that may be important to youAn optical drive - Ok so you can buy one the Mac book Air but at extra cost and if you like watching movies from a DVD or music from a CD the the lack of an optical drive will be a problem for you
I/O (input/output): Due to the Airs incredible thinness there is only two USB sockets, no firewire, no VGA or HD output, no memory card socket (on 11 inch model)
So if you dont mind these features being missing then the Air is for you
I personally would go for the Mac book Pro 13" 2.3Ghz model without altering the configuration or adding anything else to it, it is with in budget and will provide you with all the computer you'll need for a good while yet
Going back to your Windows computer what is it exactly that you are not happy with? I may be able to help feel free to email me from my profile page i will get an email in my hotmail so i can offer help

- Thin, Lite, and small. Its very portable. No Hard Drives, it uses a Flash Storage. Its not as powerful compared to the MacBook / Pro series. And it uses the Core 2 Duo Chip, instead of an i3 processor. Its best for Daily web surfing, Photos, Media, Documents, etc; Not used for heavy duty tasks.

MacBook Air 13in 128 gb 2011 Battery Problems.?
I bought a MacBook Air 2 days ago and and Apple said that they get 7 hours of battery life. The most I was able to use it for was 3 1/2 hours. Is that normal and Apple just lied about the battery life or is there something wrong with my computer? Could it be because I have to back lit keyboard on a lot?- ANSWER:
It all depends on how you are using the notebook, as well as the options you choose to make use of.Yes... having the backlit keyboard on a lot will reduce the time between charges. Also, not having the screen as dim as possible will reduce the time between charges. Watching DVD movies... or any movies for that matter will reduce the time between charges. Doing anything that regularly accesses the hard drive will reduce the time between charges. Playing games that are graphically intense will reduce the time between charges.
Don't edit your question and say whether or not you have been doing any of these specific things... think about it this way. Apple did not lie. However, that 7 hours is the MAXIMUM amount of time you can squeeze out of a single charge, if you are doing EVERYTHING right to not demand electricity from the battery... essentially, typing into a text document that is NOT autosaving every few minutes.

Apple has some tips for getting the most life out of your battery. Read them please. Things like sleeping the hard drive, turning off the Air Port and Bluetooth, ejecting any discs, dimming the display, turning off apps you don't use, etc.

I want something that'll be good for school. Macbook air is a little less pricey (i think 0 less) but is the macbook pro a lot better? I also know that a new air has just come out while they have yet to update the pro.
I just realized that the air is only 0 cheaper if you buy the 11 inch model which is a little too small, and the 13 inch is 0 more than the pro 13 inch- ANSWER:
for the extra 0 the pro is much better because it has a dvd drive and it has much better specs an example the processor i belive is a 1.86 ghz in the air but it will be at least a 2 something in the pro so as long as the size is not an issue i would buy the pro.
